The location of the hotel was great. My stay was very nice and as a business traveler, the stay was excellent. On the other hand, I am very displeased with the availability of the hotel parking lot and entrance. I strongly feel that the hotel needs to create another entrance way that is better available from both directions.

I am pleased with the fact that it was central to the Robinson mall and Pittsburgh.

It was difficult to get in and out of the hotel parking lot.

Excellent staff, clean room, free beer in the lobby (if you drink) and close to all major Pittsburgh attractions overall a very nice clean place to stay.

The friendly staff.

This 47-room Comfort Inn Pittsburgh is near the PNC ballpark and provides reasonably accommodation for both the business and pleasure traveler. Items included with the room rate at this three-story hotel are a deluxe continental breakfast, evening beverages in the lobby, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a copy of USA Today, in-room coffee and parking. The property is close to the Post-Gazette Pavilion, Heinz Field stadium and is 12 miles from the Pittsburgh International Airport. Other area landmarks and attractions include Kennywood amusement park, the Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium, Sandcastle Waterpark, the Carnegie Science Center and the Carnegie Museum of Natural History.

Does HotelsByCity recommend this hotel?

Sports fans loved this hotel since it is close to the Steelers stadium, business clients appreciated the well equipped rooms and families liked the location close to the attractions. However this Comfort Inn does get some negative reviews about poor housekeeping. However we still give the hotel a YES rating because most guests had a good time and say they will recommend the property to fellow travelers and stay here themselves on future visits to Pittsburgh.
