We attended a seminar there so we were "locked in" for three nights. We had to argue with the housekeeper to wipe down the shower after the first nights stay and to replace the dirty glasses. And, the way he made the bed was next to nothing. The second night wasn't better. All the desk said was they're sorry. There were several other customers complaining about service while we were standing in line. Since they are attached to the airport they can, and do, charge ridiculous prices for just okay food. Don't want to go back.

What a great idea! Hotel "hooked" to the terminal! Long term parking right next to hotel! Quiet and restful! Just what we were looking for!

This was a very bad situation-paid extra for airport view. My view was of a roof below--yes you might have been able to see airport if you could hang out the window---priced way to high for value and desk people could have cared less when I suggested they must have put me in wrong room since there was no view as expected--never again

Once again my stay here was outstanding. I love being 200 yards from the airport. The service, front desk, restaurant, rooms, meeting rooms and bar are all excellent.

We felt that the rooms were quite expensive. We ordered a view of the airport but I guess if you pay extra you could see the airport if you hung out the window.

The hotel is conveniently located, the service was very good and I had a nice stay... I would definitely stay again in this location.

A perfect hotel for people flying in and out of Pittsburgh. You never have to deal with the weather and the rooms are extremely quiet..no airport noise. Literally steps away from ticketing. By the way the food is great, even though it is "Pricey".

I have stayed or toured every Hotel at or near the airport and the Hyatt is far and above the best. The rooms are large and clean, staff exceptional and the food is excellent. It is located only 200 yards from check in. Being located on airport property there is no noise problem. The glass is triple paned. I would reccomend this property to everyone.
