The mattresses were the most comfortable of any hotel. Walk anywhere downtown and north side. Great service. Go penguins!

Nice, comfortable, clean, place for being in middle of downtown Pittsburgh, upscale and casual at the same time. The hotel staff went out of their way to provide us with all around fantastic service. The only problem we had was that the thermostat on the heating unit in room was defective, but was immediately fixed on the spot once we let them know. If you are going to Mellon Arena, this is the choice place to stay, literally right across the street. I would definitely stay here again.
