This hotel was very over rated. It smelt like a ash tray through out. There was trash outside in the front entrance as you walk up. The hotel employees were not at all friendly. The only thing that was nice was the updated gym equipment.

Great experience at the Downtown Hilton! My husband and I celebrated out anniversary in Pittsburgh and the hotel was convenient to everything! Internet should be free and parking should be free for hotel guests~ we spent $50 in two days so be ready. Very clean rooms and friendly staff!

Its good for its location in downtown. Service and hotel condition are nothing extraordinary. Internet should be free. Parking fees should be removed.

I felt the staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is great.The rooms were nice and clean. They gym is very nice. The only thing i didnt like was the charge for the internet it should be free.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Pittsburgh for a convention and had a great stay. The staff is excellent and helpful, rooms are clean and the hotel is in a great location!

If this hotel wasn't in walking distance to Heinz Field or PCN Park, then it wouldn't be worth the stay. Stayed there many times - and only due to the location. If you do come, pack your patience. Come prepared to wait in lines... and if there's a problem with your room - good luck. Don't bother trying to book online to save $$ only to get to the front desk for them to say your room was given away. Location, Location, Location. The only 3 good things about this place.

Vintage '60's property, recently renovated. Easy walk to stadiums, cultural district, museums and shopping. Spectacular view of 3 rivers at the Point. Very helpful staff. Dog friendly. Make sure you ask for a river view.

The rooms were indeed small for the price; the plumbing backed up into the bathtub from next door (yuck); restaurants were understaffed and long waits; old rooms with scratched film on windows that distorted views that could have been great but weren't. Others in group said they needed to call several times for cleaning their room.
