The Omni Wiliam Penn is the class of downtown Pittsburgh. It is absolutely beautiful.

Hotel short changed us on original reservation. Persistence on my part to make reservation right resulted in us being moved to a junior suite. Staff very helpful in situation.

To put it simply, we will stay at The William Penn on our next visit to Pittsburgh. Staff was very cordial, friendly and helpful.
My wife and I really enjoyed staying at classic and classy older restored hotels.
$26.00 per day parking fees.

Deluxe Rooms, covering 300 square feet of floor area, are equipped with large executive desks and one king / one queen / two double beds. Spacious Executive Suites feature queen-size Murphy beds in the parlor. Luxury Suites with 800-2,800 square feet of area have full-service kitchenettes, parlors and three bedrooms.

Highlights of the Spa at Nail Galleria include an epicurean retail center, a tanning bed, wax, facial and massage therapy rooms and pedicure stations. The Terrace Room presents “New Traditional” fare for brunch. The Palm Court offers cocktails and light snacks. The Tap Room has a plasma television for sporting events and menu consisting of sandwiches, soups and appetizers. The executive fitness center remains open round the clock.

This plush hotel with AAA-4 Diamonds rating offers an array of modern comforts. Most of the visitors were pleased with everything and would love to stay here again. They appreciated beautiful lobby, chandeliers in hallways, well-appointed clean comfy rooms, food, personable staff, city views and location. However, some guests griped about horrible beds, rude staff, small shabby rooms and parking fee.
