We loved having a shuttle available, as well as a computer.

Stayed at hampton inn during canadian thanksgiving weekend.. hotel staff was great, and very helpful... Paid $9.00 per night for parking, but the free shuttle to wherever you wanted to go within the city more than paid for it.. Great view of the city and the river... Would definately stay there again...

Stayed here 4 times over the last 2 years. Parking is $9.00 per vehicle each night. We watch commuters parking their vehicles in the hotel parking lot each morning which has forced us (the paying visitor) to park in the overflow parking lot across the street (with no assistance from the hotel when having to haul our suitcases across the street). This extra $9 a night should be considered when planning / booking a trip ... as it's cost us up to $60 extra on a 3 day stay with them. Visiting Pittsburgh again at the end of this month and will NOT be staying there.

This hotel is very close to the hospitals in Pittsburgh. It was clean and the staff was helpful.

The only thing with which I was very disappointed is the new 9.00 per day parking fee. Hotel guests should not have to pay since they have a pretty big parking lot. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

This hotel staff were great. The price was very low for downtown. They had a free bus to anywhere downtown.
