Awesome location. I must admit after reviewing the traveler review...I was somewhat leary. But our room was large, clean, comfortable and an awesome view of the river, Pittsburgh skyline, and Heinz field. The staff was friendly and accomadating. Just steps away from the Clipper Boat, Incline, shops, restuarants and clubs. We will indeed be back! Even though we had to pay for hotel parking; not that bad. After all you are in downtown Pittsburgh. It is to be expected. We took the Clipper over to Heinz field to take in a football game. Over the top experience!

Location. Business or leisure, the ideal place to stay!

Very nice. Great location. Amenities abound. Great for families, business, or pleasure.

Convenient. Has everything, small snack/coffee shop, nice restaurant, pool, etc.

No valet. Self parking is expensive.

The Club Lounge serves free beverages, evening hors doeuvres and breakfast for the convenience of guests of Sheraton Club. The pet-friendly Sheraton provides a comprehensive range of modern facilities. Many guests were happy with food in the lounge and bar, plush linens and towels, comfortable rooms with modern amenities, well-maintained pool and fitness center, free shuttle, beautiful views, location and customer service. However, parking fee and noise were two major concerns. A few guests also complained about tired rooms and poor service.
