After reading some of the reviews I was a little worried about staying here. But for the price, and convenience, and the fact that it had a shuttle service, I was happy. The room was clean and staff friendly.

I loved that the hotel had a shuttle service.

Room was a little small, but not a big deal.

I would recommend this hotel. It was in a good location to the downtown area. I thought the rate was a little high since the hotel didn't have a computer available to get our boarding passes. It's also nice having Panera in the hotel.

It was great that Panera was on the lobby level.

The pillows were starched! Very uncomfortable. I also needed a computer to get my boarding pass the next day- there wasn't a computer in the hotel.

This Quality Inn gets mixed reviews from former guests. Most agree the location is great near the University of Pittsburgh but many clients say it is time the property get a much-needed facelift There were also complaints that some not all of the staff had a bad attitude. We still give the property a YES rating because other employees worked hard to give good service and many clients had an enjoyable stay. Hopefully management will read this and other reviews and get the refurbishing program underway as soon as possible.
