The location was perfect for my stay. Everything was right around the corner which make it very convenient. The atmosphere was very romantic and sophisticated which made my stay all the better. Wonderful stay!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

The hotel is perfect for the business traveler and was large and very comfortable. I would have liked to have coffee/tea making facilities as well as a mini bar, as I do not drink alcohol nor soft drinks.

Decor was terrific and the room was large, the bathroom great.

The bed was too soft and had no sheet beneath the quilt. I was too hot.

Exceptional rooms, comfortable beds, good security - great location with lots of close restaurants. The staff is very friendly. The lobby is a little dark and cold - but you probably won't be spending time in the lobby.

Sofitel in the center of the business district is a few blocks away from the historic landmarks and shopping precincts. The nearby tourist spots include Independence Mall, Liberty Bell, Betsy Ross House and Independence Hall. The Academy of Music, Prince Theatre and Kimmel Center, presenting concerts, operas and other programs, are a short stroll away.

This downtown hotel offers all amenities for a wonderful stay. Almost all guests were delighted with convenient location, pleasant service, well-maintained, cozy and spacious accommodations and restaurants. However, a few felt that parking was overpriced.
