The hotel is at a convenient location for travel purposes, courteous staff, clean and very quiet spacious rooms with comfortable beds for a good night sleep. Having a restaurant within the hotel is quite convenient although quite expensive.

Excellent cleanliness and customer service

Parkage didn't include breakfast which hand to be purchased separately

Location a plus for business travelers; perhaps not so for leisure travelers, though tons of restaurants are within a short walk.

This hotel is well situated, with rooms made for business. Extremely well air conditioned, highly motivated room service, front desk, maid service and management. One of the most cracker jack staffs I've met in a long time.

The luxury 445-room Crowne Plaza Philadelphia Hotel Center City is the only hotel located on Market Street and provides quality accommodation equally suited to the upscale business or pleasure traveler. Items included with the room rate at this 17-story full-service hotel are local telephone calls, a morning newspaper and in-room tea and coffee. There are 19 rooms available for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 700 guests. The hotel is west of City Hall and surrounded by Philadelphia's most prominent businesses, hospitals, universities and government offices. The hotel is located just blocks from the Pennsylvania Convention Center and Amtrak's 30th Street Station. Other area landmarks and attractions include the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Liberty Bell, National Constitution Center, Independence Hall and the Philadelphia Zoo.

This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of many downtown attractions, and offers luxury accommodation at an affordable price. Thats the view of many guests who have stayed at this Crowne Plaza. There was praise for a terrific team of front office staff who took care or problems promptly and provided useful information to insure everyone had an enjoyable stay. Most first time visitors say they will use this hotel on future visits to the area and had no problem recommending this property to fellow travelers.
