The hotel is at a convenient location for travel purposes, courteous staff, clean and very quiet spacious rooms with comfortable beds for a good night sleep. Having a restaurant within the hotel is quite convenient although quite expensive.
Excellent cleanliness and customer service
Parkage didn't include breakfast which hand to be purchased separately

Location a plus for business travelers; perhaps not so for leisure travelers, though tons of restaurants are within a short walk.
Quick check in, efficient staff.

This hotel is well situated, with rooms made for business. Extremely well air conditioned, highly motivated room service, front desk, maid service and management. One of the most cracker jack staffs I've met in a long time.
Very well trained staff.

This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of many downtown attractions, and offers luxury accommodation at an affordable price. That’s the view of many guests who have stayed at this Crowne Plaza. There was praise for a terrific team of front office staff who took care or problems promptly and provided useful information to insure everyone had an enjoyable stay. Most first time visitors say they will use this hotel on future visits to the area and had no problem recommending this property to fellow travelers.
