Customer Reviews for Four Points by Sheraton Philadelphia Airport

Affordable and the ribs were great! - posted on 04/12/2007

The hotel was conveniently located and a value for the money. The room was small, but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered from the restaurant for takeout to our room. The food was well presented and good. Particularly, the baby back ribs. I didn't appreciate paying for parking. While the cost was nominal it should have been nothing.

Ruff Night! - posted on 03/11/2007

Long drive, settled in room, heard dog bark? Bad allergies, called front desk to clarify "pet" policy. YES, pets are allowed - could I be in a room previously occupied by a dog? Rep. told me to stop yelling at her! Asked to be move, all booked up no other rooms - no problem because they treat all the rooms. It was a Ruff Night - will never stay at that place again!

I wouldn't stay here - posted on 11/13/2006

The hotel's customer service is below par - the room is outdated/old. The room is also small especally for two people. The desk is situated at the end of the bed - you must actually crawl over the bed to get arround when someone is sitting at the desk.

Disappointed - posted on 07/02/2006

Ignored at Check-In. Fire Alarms went off at 11:00p.m. - No Communication. Wake-up call on Phone would not work. What was Great - the man who schuddled you to the airport.

Good choice - posted on 06/15/2006

Rooms were unusually nice. Parking, however, was a problem. The second night I stayed there I had a two-block walk back to the hotel!

The little things - posted on 05/25/2006

Very nice rooms. Empty vending machines throughout hotel. Front desk staff couldn't make change for $22.94 when given $23.00 without a calculator. Staff also gave my room to another guest 1 night into a 2 night stay. 12 oz. cans of soda cost $1.75 when sold out 20 oz. bottles of soda would have only been $1.50.

needs an facelift - posted on 01/22/2006

Close to airport, but shuttle is slow. This could be because shuttle also serves Sheraton Suites next door. Room was ordinary, and not particularly clean-esp the bathroom. No sound proofing-heard elevator all nite. Big park/stay program so parking is hard to find. One and done for this place.

Great stay - posted on 12/22/2005

We needed to be at the airport for 7:a.m. to be at a very special family wedding. We decided to stay at the hotel to get ahead of a storm. We had an very nice stay. We had a delicious meal at your restaurant and a pleasant fun evening.

Great for travelers - posted on 09/07/2005

We stayed over 1 night and left the next day for our honeymoon, flying out of Philly International. The room and staff were great. The shuttle was easy (even at 5am when we went down to the lobby) and our car was safe there all week. When we take our next vacation we will stay there again.

Attention to Details - posted on 08/25/2005

I informed a person inspecting the rooms that my bed was broken down, no one said or did anything until after I checked out and told them that I woundn't come back. Then they said that they reversed the charges for the second night, I haven't seen my bill yet. And that doesn't stop our backs from hurting for two days. We're okay, but I still paid for one uncomfortable night.

In and out - posted on 08/15/2005

I only needed a room for one night because I was in transit to Cape Cod. The room was clean and quiet. There were no frills, so the connection to the parent company (Sheraton) was not very obvious.
