Very helpful staff, great location, everything available. Cannot say enough good. Rooms Big Fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher and dishes inside. Just beautiful.

Staff was great hotel beautiful great location for seeing Philly and history.

I would give this hotel 5 stars ... we loved our stay though very short. We just had a baby and needed a nice get-a-way and our stay at Residence Inn in Philadelphia was just what we needed. We had the option of a nice stay inside or to hit the town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff was friendly and efficient. We'll be back for sure!

It was close to everything, very clean, room was very spacious. My husband and I loved it!

Very good value, great location, very clean and well-kept. I wish there were more parking options. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast included. Fitness room equipment was not of the best quality.

Friendly, clean, helpful.

Parking was a bit expensive and slow.

The 269 all-suites Residence Inn by Marriott Philadelphia City Center is just steps away from the citys historic City Hall and the Reading Terminal Market and provides quality extended-stay accommodation for both the business and leisure traveler. The 25-story, pet-friendly hotel is within walking distance of the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, excellent restaurants and shopping. Items included with the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet, midweek evening socials, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. All of the suites have separate living, working and sleeping areas. The hotel has six meeting rooms for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 75 guests. The property has easy access to I-95 and is close to the Amtrak Train Station.

Many former clients at this Marriott property say they get a suite for the same price as they would pay for a hotel room elsewhere in the city. Plus they got a hot breakfast and a midweek social included. There were many good reviews about fine service from a friendly and efficient team of employees. There were some complaints about the high cost of parking but the location next to the City Hall is to blame for that. Most clients say they will stay here on future visits to Philadelphia and will recommend the property to friends and family.
