I love the location of this property. Just a quick walk to the historic district or down to South St. Plus, you are right on the water. Room was great, bed comfy, 6 pillows on a king size and a IPOD docking station for the clock/radio.

The Hyatt is a great location for seeing Philly and a concert at the Tweeter Center.

We had a one night stay at the Hyatt with our 2 kids and they loved it. We purchased a package deal with a one day admission to Adventure Aquarium. The kids loved the indoor pool and free breakfast was an added bonus. Our room had a view of the river and boats. Our kids were in their glory. Great value for mom and dad too!

staff was great,but wife killed a roach in bathroom of our room spending that kind of money to stay there we should not have to deal with that.Will not stay there again.

We had excellent service through out the hotel. The resturant was cozy and the food was great. The service was personal and very accamadating. We wanted a getaway for a weekend and we got just that. Quite, clean, private, and a great view.

Room was spacious, view great, and staff courteous and helpful. Old City restaurants and shops are within walking distance

I've never encountered service this bad: none of the five bellboys in the lobby offered to help us with luggage, get a cab (everyone was walking across the street in a rain to grab a cab); they misrepresented the room (smoking double for non-smoking king) and refused to correct it five times (kept told us to call back); maid opened our door four time in Saturday morning; what kind of hotel is this!!!

Very nice; stayed as part of a conference. Loved the convenience of walking to the sites; big pool!

Stayed in many Hyatts and they are pretty much the same. You know what you're getting although I agree with the previous review on cleaning if underwhelming at best. Great location and good restaurant if that's what you're looking for.
