Great room, rude guests - posted on 08/04/2006
My husband, daughter & I were very impressed with the very comfortable beds, decor and how clean and attractive our room was. We also swam and used the workout facilities. We would have enjoyed our stay more if other hotel guests had not talked loudly while walking down the hall through most of the night. I would stay here again, but would request to be put far from the elevators.
Best Staff and Service - posted on 09/20/2005
This hotel has by far the best staff and service I've ever experienced. They were extremely helpful in every way. Would definitely stay here again. Thank You.

Really an overall solid choice. If you base your stay on price, location (Conv Ctr and Downtown) cleanliness and convenience then you can't go wrong. It's newer which is always good. Service is good considering it is hard to come by in Phila in general.
The Perfect Choice - posted on 05/01/2004
My husband and I recently treated ourselves to a long weekend in Philadelphia. Your hotel was the perfect choice. We were very happy with the proximity to the Convention Center, where we took in the Flower Show, and the Reading Terminal Market. We also easily explored Chinatown because that was so close, as well. My husband loved the fact that there was a convenience store right across the street so he could buy newspapers and coffee first thing each morning. The room was lovely, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our mini vacation to Philadelphia was more fun than we expected. Loved the city and hope to return & stay at your hotel again next year.

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! - posted on 04/06/2007
"It's a Hilton. How bad can it be?" VERY BAD. It's in a seedy part of town across from the bus station. I didn't feel safe walking around with my 7-yr-old daughter. The pool/spa were shallow, small, dirty-looking and COLD! No room service for breakfast or lunch. The mall nearby is not very nice or safe-looking. While the Reading Terminal Market is dark and creepy at night. Unfortunately, I'd prepaid and couldn't move without losing my money. Like X, this hotel abuses the Hilton name.

The staff did everything to make our trip a great one. They were knowledgable about the area, did whatever they could to make sure we were comfortable, and helpful in every way possible. We'll stay there again the next time we visit Philly!
A good time - posted on 11/29/2006
The hotel staff was friendly and the room very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was broken, and the pool very small and noisy. Overall, the stay was pleasant for both children and adults.
Nice & Noisey - posted on 11/08/2006
I stayed there the week between Christmas and New Years. The room was spacious and clean; the computer room off the lobby was very convenient. The noise level was horrible - lots of drunken partiers in the hallways. Their security was a bad joke.

As a seasoned business traveler, the purpose of my trip this time is to relax and sightsee in Philly for the weekend. The room I had was very spacious (2 dbl beds). Staff members are very friendly, professional, couteous, and helpful. Very pleasant stay overall. Highly recommend it for a weekend getaway in Philly and all other business/leisure needs.

Not so great - posted on 02/03/2006
When a conference is booked in a hotel, it is nice if the dining room is open for lunch and the fact we paid a $19.00 parking ticket on top of the room charge was ridiculous
