After a very late arrival, the hotel staff at the front desk were very kind and courteous. The amenities of the room were so comforting after a long drive. We especially liked the down comforters and extra pillows. The pool and hot tub were exceptional. The atrium was especially nice. It made the pool area even more inviting.This was a great hotel for families. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel was nice but the bathroom in the room was not clean (it smelled like mould and the bathtub did not drain properly). Otherwise, the hotel is a great value for the price. Location is easy access to the city and back, but a map is needed for sure. If you get a room by the side of the pool, note that it gets noisy as early as 9 and as late as 11pm. If you need to sleep in, ask for a room that's not on the side of the pool.

There was a small problem in our room. They went above and beyond to fix the problem and to make our 3 day stay pleasant. and yes i would go back and stay again.

Very clean; wonderful room accomodations; complimentary business office computer use. Problem one night. One of our rooms was not cleaned when we returned at 9 PM. Room service came to replace towels within 1/2 hour.

Service was impeccable. Restaurant & bar were beautiful and much more extravegant than expected. Everything, especially our room, was definitely worth the money spent. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. We are looking forward to returning some day.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this location. The room was very large. And the balcony view overlooking the pool was very nice-- just a little noisy at times. The facility was very clean. The representative at the front desk was very helpful. We will definitely stay at this location on future visits.

A great place to stay for a good price. Service was prompt. I stayed during a wedding reception and it was a little on the noisy side.

Problem with bath tub not draining when we checked in was resolved by moving us to a suite (quite an upgrade - at no extra charge). Betty at the front desk remembered us, by name, the next morning. Staff was friendly, courteous, couldn't have been more helpful. Will definitely stay here if we return to Philadelphia.

We stayed only one night here(wish it had been longer) SFromt he begining we were made to feel like we were doing them a HUGE favor just walking in the door. Room service was fast and hot food was HOT, as should be. Ony implrovement was the breakfast wasn't really elxplained so had to sort of feel my way through, but food was very good.

This visit was not the first, rooms are clean, large, quiet and near airport w/out the noise. Plan to stay here for future visits to Philly.

Stayed during a convention when they doubled their prices. Shuttle service from airport took forever. Internet access cost a fortune. Not convenient to anything.

This is a great facility, clean, and friendly staff. Our stay was brief, but my wife enjoyed the indoor pool. The only complaint I had was parking, which is somewhat lacking.

I TRULY ENJOYED MY STAY WHILE ON BUSINESS. AS AN INTERIOR DESIGNER IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU ROOM IS LARGE FOR WORKING ON BLUEPRINTS AND CLEANINESS FOR A COMFORTABLE STAY. THE FRONT DESK STAFF IS EXCEPTIONAL AND YOU CAN FEEL THE PRESENCE OF GOD IN THEIR LIVES BY THE WAY THEY TREAT THE GUEST. CONTINUE TO KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND I PLAN TO RETURN IN AUGUST 2005. GOD BLESS YOU FOR YOUR GREAT HOTEL.
