I was very happy with everything at this hotel, except for the following 2 items. The unbelievably cold A/C everywhere inside the hotel. As soon as I entered my (freezing) room, I turned off the A/C (which was running on max. setting) and kept it off for the next 2 days in the middle of a very hot summer. I was getting enough cooling from the adjoining overcooled rooms, I guess. Entering the hotel lobby is like stepping out into the cold in winter time. Aside from the discomfort, let's not forget the $ and pollution this costs. I was in a room that had a double door connection to a neighboring room. Even though both doors were closed, I could easily hear my neighbors, even though they were not yelling. Better sound insulation is a must here.

The hotel shuttle from the airport only comes around every 30-45 min. The personnel at the front desk were polite, but not very efficient. The shower did not work in our first room, so they moved us to another room and gave us free breakfast coupons. The breakfast was awesome. This hotel could be more efficient and for a four-star hotel, they need a remodel. Free internet was helpful.

The people at the front desk were very polite and the breakfast buffet was awesome.

It took over 30 minutes to get picked up from the airport even with calling ahead.

This Marriott property has all facilities for a comfortable stay. Most of the guests were satisfied with smartly-appointed and clean rooms with comfy beds, complimentary parking, service, good transportation links to the city and restaurant. However, some guests were disappointed in expectation of free Internet. In some parts, the hotel was showing wear and tear that needed immediate attention. Incompetent and care less staff ignored room preferences of some guests.
