The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Location was nice - near a great bookstore and some good shopping. The restaurant had exceptionally good food and a wonderful wait staff.

Great food. Gorgeous public spaces.

Queen sized beds would have been better than doubles.

The Hilton Inn at Penn was a great hotel. All staff was very courteous. The room was attractive, clean, comfortable and except for the double beds (which were a little too small for a good night's sleep), everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Location felt safe and was convenient to public transportation to city center. Very clean and plush - an excellent accommodation.

Concierge recommended a restaurant that was way out of our price range; double beds were not big enough.

This premier inn delivers everything required for a pleasant business trip and / or vacation. Almost all guests raved about spacious spotless comfy rooms, amazing beds, outstanding service, good quality food, gym, WI FI, décor, value for the money spent and location. They would love to stay at the inn again. However, a few visitors griped about worn out rooms, price, service and high parking fee.
