Amazing Staff & Building - posted on 03/13/2007
What a beautiful historic building that is matched by some of the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. From the time I entered the door, I knew the visit would be relaxing and memoriable. I would highly recommend the Courtyard and it is well worth the value.
Great Service in Great Location - posted on 08/08/2006
Hubby and I stayed there while attending affair at Convention Center - 3 blocks away. From the time we pulled in until we left, every member of the staff greeted us with a smile and a "can I help with anything" attitude. Room was clean and well stocked. Great location with many great restaurants in the area. Front desk was nice. Pool was a little small but we did not go to swim. Great area and great value! Kudos to the staff!
Very very disappointing - posted on 06/10/2006
We had just driven in through the POURING rain at 2 am. The front desk attendant was not friendly or helpful. The only thing to eat in the hotel were some sad old sandwiches. The valet was MIA. The front desk said we could leave the keys, and she would slip the ticket under the door. She never did, and the next morning they had to search for our car and we had to prove it was ours. The room itself was clean and comfortable. This all would have been ok, if it had been a cheap motel. But it wasn't cheap

My husband and I made last minute arrangements to stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Philadelphia. When we arrived we got valet service right away and checked in immediately. We were very happy to see our room was a very nice, clean and comfortable with all the ammenities needed. We even had breakfast included which we did not know until the next morning. The overall experience was very pleasant and I would definitely stay there again and would recommend them to any of my friends and family!!!

The hotel staff were friendly and courteous. The room was a good size. I was in town for a workshop and the hotel that the workshop was mostly sold out. I paid less fro my hotel room and I got so much more. The beds were very comfortable. the toileties were great. and the complementary newspaper was fantastic. I would stay at this hotel again.

My husband and three young daughters stayed for the weekend w/ 2 other families. Wonderful historic hotel, impeccable service. Walking distance to most historic landmarks. Upgraded to a suite at no additional cost!

Hotel was perfect. Buffet breakfast needs a dedicated attendant.
