The staff always open the door for you. There is free high speed internet if you bring you laptop. The place is clean and the location is just right.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city, but parking was a bit difficult due to the holiday weekend. Staff was wonderful, room and facility was clean, and breakfast buffet was terrific. After housekeeping found a piece of jewelry left behind and turned it in to security, I was grateful for the honesty of the employees too. Overall highly recommended for the price we played.

Left valuable item at hotel and had no problem retrieving it from security. My compliments to the housekeeping department.

Parking was valet only and was filled for the evening. Self parking in the city was a bit difficult.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The location worked out well for the conference I attended at the convention center.

Located close to the convention center and rail line/subway service.

Bathroom and sink area were very small.

I would definitely recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Downtown. Online reviewers had plenty of good things to say about this location. Guests thought they received an excellent value for their dollar and were extremely happy with the level of hospitality and service given by the staff. Guests felt welcome and cared for. Guests also enjoyed the fact that they were so close to the local attractions and were glad to have so many dining options in such a close proximity. Guests also enjoyed the delicious breakfast.
