I stayed there overnigth and I liked its service (the driver was careful). The bed was confortable and the room was clean and warm and it's so close the airport.

Overall a great hotel. There was a free breakfast bar available from 5:30a-10a every morning. It has eggs, biscuits, gravy, cereal etc. (which saved on food expenses). The rooms were very clean and feature elevated beds (think princess type) with extra pillows & a massage shower faucet. The staff was FANTASTIC (i.e. friendly and accommodating)! They recommended places for me to visit & routed trips for me. I traveled via subway & the shuttle service was prompt in taking me to & picking me up from the station.-Negative, only 1 restaurant is nearby.

Had confirmation for one room type. Had to wait over 10 min. while they tried to find a room in their sytem that was available (well after check in time). I got to the room, and it was NOT what i had reserved and conirmation for. I called the front desk, and was treated badly! Room keys didn't work most of the time. Vending machines only half worked. room was NOT clean!! full dumpster sitting in the parking lot, right next to the hotel. Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY!!

This hotel is extremely convenient to the PHL airport - less than 10 minutes by shuttle! The complimentary breakfast offered in the pleasantly decorated lobby is beyond continental - it's world class among hotel comps! Best place to stay and fly in at the PHL airport. Perfect for those traveling w/children who need convenience and nourishment!
