This hotel just north of the airport and we could not hear any jets while there. we took a cab to the Phillies game for about $10.00. great hotel if you need to be close to the airport if you are going to be seeing the sties downtown you might try a hotel in the downtown area

Apon arrival, struggling with the luggage the door person did not help or suggest where to go once we entered the hotel, however a guest did. The restaurant manager seated us at a table that had someone's garbage beneath our feet, this was Thanksgiving evening. The bath room had chips of wood on the floor I stepped on one of them. Housekeeping had an attitude, we only ask that the bath be clean, bathrobes and fresh towels in the bathroom. There is more however I do not have enough room to type the bad expierence we had.

The hotel was very clean, also the room was very nicely done. The staff at the Front Desk were extremely Pleaseant during our stay! I have stayed at this Hotel before and Truely plan on staying again in the future!

I stayed at this hotel and my experience was terrible.
My biggest complaint was the service. The person who checked me out of the hotel was nice, but from the second I walked in, I felt that everyone else was either rude or uncaring. I would never stay there again.

The beds were very comfortable, worth the price I decided in the end. You get what you pay for, you'll pay for this palce, but the fluffy pillows and sheets make up for it. Staff was friendly. Missing tissues and extra cream for coffee. No bags in trash cans either.

I arrived in Philadelphia and waited almost an hour to be picked up by the hotel bus. The manager apologised and gave me a voucher for a meal. The allocated room was large and clean. I saw that the floor under the window was wet. Looking up I saw thar the roof was leaking. I called the desk and asked for another room and received one. After entering the next room I saw a plastic pail under the window where water was dropping from the ceiling. I called and asked for another room and received a "dry" one. I was always under the impression that Hilton stood for quality. I found the hotel shabby. It had obviously seen better times. The food was below average. I waited in a half empty dining room over half an hour for my entree and had the impression that it was forgotten. All in all I paid a lot of money for bad quality.

First of all I waited almost an hour at the airport for the Hilton bus. I called two times. It was raining and miserable. The woman in charge apologized and gave me a voucher for food. The food was mediocre and the sevice bad.But the worst for me was that my assigned room was leaking water. I asked to be given another because I expect from Hilton another quality. In the second room the plastic waste paper basket was placed where water was dropping through the ceiling. The third and last room was at least dry. I found the hotel run down and not up to Hilton standards. I would not in the future stay in a Hilton

Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. All the employees were very friendly and helpful; the desk clerks, waitresses in the sports bar, waitresses in the restaurant; shuttle drivers. The exception is the gift shop-those people were not friendly, helpful, or courteous at all. None of them seemed to want to be there. The breakfast buffet (and regular breakfast menu) is super, but the dinner menu could have more choices. The rooms are clean. It was a terrific experience and I will stay here again.

They let you leave your car in their lot while you are gone if you book one night. Frequent airport shuttles. Nice rooms, with all amenities. Reasonable rates. Friendly folks. We'll be regulars from now on.
