i found the staff to polite and kind and the rooms was clean and kept clean the time i spent there thanks heaps had the best night sleep and will reconment your hotel any time......

Good value for money. Good transfer system to/from airport. Breakfast available very early. Free internet. Great for transit hotel or business.

We stayed at the Fairfield in overnight because we had an early flight in Am - the room was very clean, check-in and out was a breeze and free breakfast was extremely adequate. We would certainly stay there again!

The hotel was under a remodel. The indoor pool was closed and that is one of the reasons we picked this hotel. I wish that when we booked someone would have informed us about this. The room was nice and for the most part cleaned. It could have been cleaner. The staff seemed extremely nice and helpful.

this hotel is very clean and nice, but it is difficult to find in the airport traffic. the directions on the map are incorrect. there should be more directional signs to help you find your way, especially with all of the construcion at the airport.

staff was pretty friendly and helpful. Rooms spotless. Very comfortable beds. Because of its proximity to the airport, i expected this place to be horribly noisy, but was surprised when i experienced a quiet night

The breakfast was very good with lots of choices for a continental breakfast. The beds were wonderful and the bedding seemed brand new.

All of the staff was polite, friendly and helpful. The shuttle was quick and convenient to the airport. The beds were really comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located and was clean and comfortable. The contintental breakfast was above average with many choices. The only complaint was the smell of smoke in the hallways even though we were in a non-smoking room.

Prompt shuttle service. Reception staff not very polished; poor initial eye contact, no smile. They did warm up to friendliness. Breakfast was above average for lodging in this class. Pool appeared crystal clear. Good air conditioning much appreciated after 3 weeks in Spain.

I am not sure who makes the ad, but this hotel does not provide parking for travelers. The statement about the shuttle service is very misleading, I never specifically asked about a 'Park 'n Fly' service. Drove all the way up there, checked in, was told I couldn't leave my car there for the week. People at counter were very nice, and let me check out 15 minutes later, and didn't charge me for the room. But they say they get a million calls or people making the same mistake. Information on these hotels need to be more specific. We ended up going to the hotel across the parking lot that was great and was able to leave my car.
