Nowhere but the Embassy Suites - posted on 06/06/2006
The Embassy Suites is my favorite hotel!

Thanks for the inquiry. I did have a small problem with checking out. I think the gentleman was not familiar with system. Our son is in the military and because of the good service and specials we had we will definitely be back when we are in your neighborhood.
bad experience - posted on 05/22/2007
I was overwhelmed with the feeling that neither the restaurant personnel nor the staff really cared about our well being. The restaurant's service was slow, and then I was given a meal I didn't order . . . one that was also inedible. The thermostat didn't work so the rooms were hot and stuffy. The noise in the hallway woke us up at 2 am. Then we felt hassled by the staff to get out of our room well before the noon checkout . . .even though we told them we were going to be checking out. I've stayed at other Embassy Suites and had a good experience. I will not stay at this one again.
excellent - posted on 05/07/2007
I had never stayed in Embassy Suites prior to this trip. We had a great experience. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the food was great. We really enjoyed the evening cocktails and snacks. What a great idea. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful, too. Delicious omelets.
Unsatisfied - posted on 11/13/2006
I have always preferred Embassy Suites. This property is the worst I have experienced. The rooms were dark and dingy. The bedroom was a nice size but the living me was small a cramped. I would not suggest this facility to anyone.
Watch out! - posted on 10/22/2006
We picked this hotel so that the kids could have their own room & tv, and enjoy the pool, etc. What we got was plumbing that didn't work and a very dirty bathroom! Plus the fold-out bed was most uncomfortable. Rooms were small and the shuttle from the airport took twice as long as promised. There are plenty of other hotels nearby that cost much less and have nicer rooms.

plenty of space in the rooms. Breakfast is great. Note - mouse found in room!
Bad sofa/bed - posted on 06/28/2006
While Embassy Suites advertises as a suite to accomodate more than 2 persons, the sofa/bed was absolutely horrible. Could not sleep in it with the mattress in the bed, as you would sink to the floor - attempted to place mattress on floor to get more comfortable. For the price you pay, I would expect better extra beds!
Great Embassy Suites - posted on 06/25/2006
Very nice & clean rooms. Typical ES confusion @ check in. Great public areas & good managers reception every evening. Resturaunt pricey for dinner; but Excellent late night menue. Pool & hot tub water greenish & pool very cold for an indoor pool; but area clean & enjoyable. Great airport shuttle service. Front desk does cater to your needs & makes everything right. Highly Reccommended!

I tend to stay at Embassy Suites where ever I go if available.
Good Stay - posted on 02/21/2006
I enjoyed my stay very much. The only thing that I would recommend is when they have open bar (managers evening) please screen who they give a drink to and not allow children in the area. But overall it was a good stay. EXCELLENT
Beautiful Hotel - posted on 12/05/2005
LOVED the atrium with ducks and fish. Duck waddled up and quacked at us at check-in. Manager's reception included unlimited free drinks! Suite very clean, extra spacious, two TVs. Bed very clean, comfy, quiet despite proximity to airport. Indoor pool large, hot tub nice. Restaurant excellent. Staff very attentive, went out of their way to make sure daughter was comfortable (was in full leg cast). Free delicious hot to order breakfast. Did not care for $9.95 internet access charge, should have been included. Will definitely stay here again next time in Philly.

Hotel was very clean and had plenty of ammenities. Pricing was a little high in the restaraunt, but food was good. Location to sports complex was good.

Hi stay at the airport embassy suites every month and I can honestly say I would like to live here but this is the best getaway from work, and everything else.
It blew me away - posted on 07/31/2005
This hotel was absolutely amazing from the free breakfast to the free drinks at night. The hotel was great - very clean, polite and courteous staff and beautiful facility.
Conference Usage - posted on 06/28/2005
I am currently working with the hotel for a conference in 2006. My staff and I have eaten there on several occasions, and we all love the place. Service is excellent, the rooms we saw are perfect, and the staff is more than helpful. A+

Dining room personnel could benefit the establishment through training in people skills.
Pleasant public space - posted on 11/20/2004
This was my first experience with Embassy Suites and I was pleasantly surprised by the atrium decorated with plants and trees. The suite was too large for a single traveler but would be great for families with kids. There is a nice large pool and fitness center. A big minus: large number of stains in the carpet, some with attempted cleaning, others of various colors (don't even want to speculate) left there untouched obviously for extended periods. Come on Embassy Suites, Management gets a zero on vigilance. However, overall it is still a good value and I would go back again.
