The business district, fine shops, cultural attractions and popular museums are within walking distance of the hotel. The Pennsylvania Convention Center is a few blocks away. This upscale AAA Five-Diamond property welcomes your four-legged companions. A number of visitors were happy with spacious well-decorated clean rooms, comfy beds, location, complimentary newspaper and wireless Internet, spa, afternoon strawberries, cookies and champagne, food at Lacroix, views, bath products and attentive and polite staff. However, some guests were disappointed with dated and ill-kept hallways and rooms, old décor and amenities, sub-standard service, overpriced food, lack of cleanliness and mal-functioning AC / heating units.
