Very nice hotel! Convenient walkway to Terminal B, 20-minute trip to downtown by SEPTA regional rail, every 30 minutes. Only drawback is the last train leaves Philly at 11:30pm!

I booked a room for 3 adults in Feb. The hotel was full but we called ahead to let them know we'd be arriving late. Our room had only 1 bed. I really feel if they were doing there job they would have reserved a room for 3 adults with no less than 2 beds to begin with especially since we reserved 2 months in advance and called ahead. Other than that and the lady who checked us in and didn't say anything nor offer a roll-away bed to be brought in, the staff was very pleasant, hotel was clean, & the beds were comfortable including the roll away we had to request.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels, and this was a big disappointment. There was makeup on a washcloth that was supposed to be clean, hair all over the bathroom, and it just didn't seem that clean in general. Called Room Service at 12:45 a.m. to order (book said it was open until 1:AM) and was rudely informed it was not available. When we did get room service, it was slow and the glasses were dirty. The only thing good about the place is the location to the airport. Parking is a disappointing, but not unexpected in a major city, 17 dollars. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed only one night, waiting for a flight, but the hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly, the restaurant was excellent with good food and well-trained staff, it was quiet, the room was lovely.

Clean quiet room, attentative hotel staff, resturant/bar nice. Recommended for business, Not sure about family. Pool are indoors and small. $25.00 (one way) cab to Independance square. Would stay again.

We were pleased with the size of the rooms. The staff was very courteous. The gift shop with the Starbucks coffee was a nice feature. Was hoping for more restaurants around the area instead of having to go into Philadelphia

We stayed here for 2 nights upon arrival from CA. The room was nice, the beds were comfy. Room service was good. Was suprised at how quiet the room was considering it's location (at the airport). Parking was reasonable. Would definitely stay here again!

Thought it would be okay but it was dirty and the front desk people were rude both night and morning. There were dirty socks in a drawer and something indescribable under the toilet seat. I spoke to three different front desk personnel over my one night stay and each was rude or apathetic. Felt like I was at the DMV.
