Absolutely amazing hotel, location. Valet parking, bellman, high end shopping on main floor of lobby. Excellent location for parents taking seniors on college tours. Staff helpful with maps, University information, Internet available. Staff went out of their way to assist us in every way possible. Had my twin HS seniors with me to go on visit to UPENN. Very close to school. Great Philadelphia location. Just a fabulous "vacation-like" feel during a stressful time in life! Highly recommend to other college-seeking parents and seniors as well!

Beautiful hotel but needs some maintenance works. Rooms were smaller than the ones pictured.

Rooms were beautiful. Hotel food was excellent.

The Park Hyatt Philadelphia is a fabulous choice for those seeking luxury and full scale amenities. Remarkably located in the very heart of Philadelphia in the well knows Avenue of The Arts. The concierge staff is friendly and informative. Whether you wish to treat yourself to the theater or simply stay in and pamper yourself in the hotels lavish spa, you will not run out of activities during your stay. twenty four hour fax and internet service is available at the executive business center. The talented chefs at the exquisite XIX Nineteen cafe serve only the freshest seafood and poultry while sitting beside the large windows having a panoramic view of the city. The cafe opens at 6:30 and always has fresh coffee on the pot to help get you started on your day.

This is a wonderful hotel. I very much enjoyed my stay here. The night life is vibrant and active. The sight seeing is never ending. The service is superlative. The chefs are top rate and the menu is eclectic. Make your first stop the Concierge desk, where you'll find the latest information on exhibits and events taking place all around the city.
