This hotel was perfectly sufficient for our needs. It was basically functional, not a lot of frills, but who needs those in a city with so much to see?

I liked the free shuttle. It was very handy.

Customer service was through the roof.

Great place for me. Easy to find, cheap parking on the street, and the breakfast they serve is outstanding!

I liked the fact that I can park on the street near the hotel for cheap. Also free internet.

Only the fact that it wasn't in center city.

Most of the accommodations are non-smoking. Some of the accommodations afford beautiful views of the city skyline and the Delaware River. Irons and ironing boards, hair dryers, safes, cable / satellite televisions and coffee makers feature in all the accommodations but refrigerators and microwaves are provided only in some rooms.

The waterfront hotel in the vicinity of several major sights is a good choice for tourists. All guests liked location of the reasonably priced hotel. Many of them appreciated amenable and helpful staff, views, courtesy shuttle, cleanliness and breakfast. However, a few guests griped about traffic noise, rude staff, cost of parking, crowded shuttle and breakfast room, shortage of hot water and some of the in-room amenities requiring maintenance.
