This hotel is good for people looking for a decent price for a one or two night stay. The amenities are good as well as its location for what we needed( Hershey park ). The room was clean, the service helpful and informative, and the exercise room was clean and the pool was good as well. I would recommend this to my friends as well.

The exercise room was good.

The hotel was okay as far as cleanliness. It wasn't dirty but it wasn't fantastic, either. I felt safe and comfortable sleeping there. It was really close to the major interstate. The breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold items.

The continental breakfast was really good. It was better than what I expected.

They didn't provide many towels, and didn't have any more on hand, but delivered more when they were ready.

The 88-room Comfort Inn New Cumberland is located near the Defense Distribution Center (CDC) and provides affordable accommodation equally suited to the business or pleasure traveler. Items included with the room rate at this three-story inn are a deluxe continental breakfast, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a copy of USA Today, parking and coffee and tea available in the lobby 24/7. Area landmarks and attractions include four golf courses, HersheyPark, Gettysburg, the National Civil War Museum, the Harrisburg State Capitol Building, the Whittaker Center of Arts and Sciences, the Sight and Sound Millennium Theatre, the State Museum of Pennsylvania and shopping at Harrisburg East Mall. The property is 15 miles from the Harrisburg International Airport and seven miles from downtown Harrisburg.

Sadly it is not all good reviews for this Comfort Inn. The plus points are the easy to find location, close to the Pennsylvania Turnpike, the reasonable rates and team of friendly and efficient employees at the front desk. There were complaints that housekeeping needed a wake-up call and there was a need for some improvement in the room décor. Many clients however said it was ideal for an overnight stay while others said they would stay elsewhere on future trips to the area.
