Spacious rooms offer guests all the extras, and a business center gives guests access to related services and meeting space that suits up to 35 people. On-site, guests will enjoy access to Hunan Garden restaurant, and car rental services. Room service is also available, though guests with transportation will have plenty of options within miles of the hotel. Local attractions include the Liberty Bell, Philadelphia Zoo, National Constitution Center, Franklin Institute Science Museum, Adventure Aquarium, Longwood Gardens and Brandywine Valley.

Most of the guests who've stayed at this hotel would not recommend it, and would not return. Despite fairly recent renovations, problems were frequently mentioned in regard to cleanliness, and comfortability. People noted an overall dinginess to rooms and common areas, and others reported a strange, unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. Some guests claimed the shuttle service took nearly an hour to arrive, while others felt it was satisfactory. A variety of rooms meet the needs of any traveler. Basic rooms come with coffee makers, and basic personal care items, such as hair dryers and iron/ironing boards. Larger appliances, like fridges and microwaves, and larger work areas, are available (and often quite affordable) upgrades.

The location for the price can't be beat, but free shuttle service, complimentary breakfasts, and a free weekday paper start your trip off on the right foot. Business travelers will enjoy work areas with high-speed internet, and the business center which offers things like copy service. There's also an on-site meeting area built to suit 35 people. While room service is available, the Hunan Garden restaurant offers full service for all three meals. In addition, you'll have access to a fitness center, laundry and an on-site rental car office.
