This was a fine hotel. Of course, it wasn't deluxe (and it was not rated to be). However, the hotel did exceed our expectations. It had a great location to the outlets while still being in a quiet atmosphere. The staff was all very nice and helpful. The breakfast bar was an added bonus! Only bad thing was the fact that the air conditioning wasn't working very well.

Hotel is located in a convenient location to attractions and in the middle of an outlet mall. The staff was friendly. The breakfast room floor was being replaced while we were there, but it was done without interruption to service. Our room had a water stain on the ceiling and the beds while adequate were not the best.

The Holiday Inn provides an array of amenities for convenience, comfort and confidence. Many guests were happy with its location, clean rooms, toiletries, comfortable beds and pillows, fresh towels, well-maintained pool area, free continental breakfast comprising cinnamon buns, English muffins, bagels and scramble eggs / omelets, chocolate pretzels and helpful and warm staff. However, some visitors complained about noise, malfunctioning refrigerators, air conditioning units and toilets, out-of-order lamps, slow internet, pool closure, strong mildew smell in rooms and poor customer service.
