This hotel was more than I expected. The hotel was very clean and staff was fantastic. The location was great with restaurants and great shopping close by.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating with our wedding group.

Housekeeping came too early in the morning.

The Hilton Garden Inn Lancaster hotel is minutes away from local entertainment, shopping, attractions and corporations. Wheatland (Home of 15th President), Wilbur Chocolate, Tanger Outlet, American Music Theatre, Discover Lancaster Museum and Strasburg Railroad and Museum are a short drive away. Free high-speed wireless internet can be accessed from all parts of the hotel. Neutrogena® toiletries are also complimentary. The Hilton is complete with a restaurant and lounge, event space, pool, spa, parking lot and business center. A shuttle is available to/from train station, local corporate offices and Lancaster airport, but advance notice is required.

This well-appointed Hilton provides an assortment of amenities for convenience, comfort and confidence. Many travelers were happy with spacious clean accommodations, cozy beds, modern in-room amenities, free toiletries, well-maintained bathrooms, cooked-to-order breakfast, good-sized pool, hot tub, complimentary internet, parking and location. Friendly and helpful staff was another plus. However, some guests were disappointed with foul smell in the hallway, elevators and rooms, tiny bathrooms, malfunctioning air-conditioning units, strong smell of chlorine in the pool and poor internet connection.
