The room was so cold when we checked in about 9 pm. Otherwise, we loved the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Very family friendly. Excellent room layout with kitchenette area.
Suite was set up perfectly.
Room was freezing because air conditioner ran all day and we checked in late.

The Hawthorn offers more than the basics for the convenience and comfort of guests. Almost all guests enjoyed their stay at the hotel for its pet-friendliness, well-maintained amenities, free continental breakfast, clean roomy accommodations, cozy beds, silverware and plates, microwaves, coffee makers, location and warm staff. It offered good value for the money spent. However, difficulty in entrance/exit, rude staff, poor breakfast service, bugs in rooms and noise ticked a few guests off.
