The Hampton hotel was a great place to stay for us. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was especially nice. The location was terrific due to the fact that we were there to visit Hershey park. If we go back, we will most likely stay there although a little too pricey!

The room was clean and spacious for a family of five. The hotel employees were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was wonderful.

The pool had too much chlorine, and the hot tub could have been cooler and cozier. Need more elevators.

The 100-room Hampton Inn and Suites Hershey is in downtown and close to all the Hershey attractions and provides quality accommodation for both families on vacation and the business traveler. Items included with the room rate at this pet-friendly hotel are a hot breakfast buffet or a breakfast to-go bag, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, in-room coffee, a copy of USA Today and parking. There are two meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The larger can accommodate 20 guests. Area attractions and landmarks include the Hersheypark amusement park, Hershey's Chocolate World, the Zoo America wildlife park, the Children's Garden at Hershey Gardens, the Hershey Theatre, the Antique Auto Museum, the state capitol at Harrisburg, the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex, Lancaster Amish Country and shopping at the nearby Tanger Outlets.

Several visitors to Hershey said they thought this Hampton Inn and Suites was a little pricey and more expensive than many of the nearby hotels and motels. However they had to admit the facilities and the rooms here were far better. They received good help from the front desk about the nearby sights. The hot complimentary breakfast was good and for those in a hurry the breakfast to-go bag was an excellent alternative. The majority of clients said they would stay here again while a few customers said they would save some money next time and stay elsewhere even if the rooms were not so spacious.
