I traveled with a friend and son who have a food allergy. The restaurant and staff were fantastic and very attentive. Can't speak highly enough with the experience. Can't wait to visit again feel like we made new friends.

Everything, comfort/close to attractions/friendly/clean.

Ice machines, it was very hot and they couldn't keep up.

This hotel is wonderful. Over-exceeded our expectations for being a reservation done last minute. Initially I had been looking for a hotel closer to Hershey Park but all were booked. I settled for this one & expected for it to be moderate. But I was wrong. There was so much to do (2-pools, games, restaurants, outdoor area,etc) just in the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable & very homely. I was a little disappointed that the room we were given did not have a fridge or microwave since we were traveling with kids, but we were able to resolve for that one night with a ice cooler. I wish they would've given me the option to choose these amenities when I was booking. But overall my family & I were very pleased with our stay. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Hershey again regardless of the 15 min. drive to the park, staying there is definitely worth the commute. I will recommend this hotel to anyone going near Hrrisburg, PA. Thanks Holiday Inn, for a great experience.

I loved that the hotel over exceeded my expectations. It was luxurious yet family-friendly. We felt very comfortable as if we were at home.

I was disappointed we did not have a refrigerator or microwave in our room. When reserving it did not give the option to select a room with these.

Upon arrival, noticed that indoor pool was being fixed and was never notified. The outdoor pool water was cold but, nice on hot days. The playground area for the kids was great, my daughter loved that she could swim then go play.

Loved the playground for the kids near pool.

This maybe an airport hotel but several families said it made an ideal base for touring the area attractions, particularly Hershey noted as the sweetest place on earth. Those attending conferences here said the professional employees did a super job and other guests liked the affordable rates and the comfortable rooms. Those who used the complimentary airport shuttle said it worked well and they would stay at this Holiday Inn again on future visits to Harrisburg.
