Very clean, great staff, great food, nice pool. Staff took care of any problems immediately.
It was centrally located to everything we wanted to see in the Harrisburg area.
Didn't like the fact that we had to pay for parking every night. Hotel parking ramp was crowded and very cramped - difficult to maneuver your car.

Great location just a few blocks from the train station and in the downtown area amidst bars, cafes and shops. The hotel was mostly clean and welcoming and, whilst the room was quite small, it was well presented. Two horrid stains on the carpet were pretty revolting, and there was someone else's used coffee filter left in the cafetiere -
Furnishings were very nice - the room felt relaxing.
The room was relatively small compared to other Crowne Plaza properties and American hotels.

This hotel is situated just a few blocks from the State Capitol and is wonderfully accommodating. Its staff is courteous and hard working. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
The hotel and my room were clean, safe and affordable.
There was nothing objectionable about this hotel.

The employees are praised for being efficient and friendly with good knowledge of places to shop and dine. Tip from those who wanted to avoid the cost of valet parking: There is a city car park across from the hotel. Most guests had no hesitation in recommending the property to others and said they will definitely stay here on future visits to Harrisburg.
