The hotel room was a bit run down. The sofa and chairs had rips in them. Cleanliness was fair. The staff were polite and helpful. The room for the continental breakfast was inadequate.

I liked the convenience to the splash park and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I was disappointed that the "suite" did not have a separate room for the beds. I also did not enjoy the "free" continental breakfast due to the fact.

Items included with the room rate at this five-story, non-smoking hotel are a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, in-room coffee and parking. Families said the location of this Holiday Inn Express proved ideal. The property is connected to the Splash Lagoon Indoor Water Park, which was popular with many hotel guests. There were some minor moans that the hotel was older but it is well maintained and the accommodation is clean, comfortable and affordable. Those who spent a little more for a suite with a kitchenette, fireplace and flat screen television said it was money well spent.
