Convenient to Airport, relatively convenient to Downtown.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean.

Restaurant closed at 10:00pm, no restaurants open nearby.

The staff was courteous but the hotel was not as clean as I would expect. It seemed as though the bathrooms were old and had soap scum on the tub. I did expect more from a Crowne Plaza- more like an older Holiday Inn.

This is a top-notch Crowne Plaza and visitors to Pittsburgh who have stayed here have been impressed by the spotlessly clean, spacious room and excellent service from a professional team of employees. Those who used the airport shuttle said it worked well. There were some minor moans that it was time for some remodeling but that will not deter the majority of visitors from using this property on future visits to the area.
