Very good 2 star hotel that more than met our need for logging the night before surgery on my grandson.

Summer

The airport shuttle arrived promptly a few minutes after I called the hotel. My reservation and room key was already waiting for me upon my arrival to the front desk. It was a perfect fit for my short stay in Pittsburgh.

The hotel was convenient to the airport and had free wireless internet.

I can't any bad about the hotel.

The pet-friendly La Quinta Inn Pittsburgh Airport is seven miles from the Greater Pittsburgh International Airport and provides a free shuttle service. Other items included with the room rate at this 128-room, three-story motel are a Bright Side Breakfast, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, in-room coffee and parking. The property is one mile from Robert Morris University and the 99th Regional Army Base. Other area landmarks and attractions include downtown Pittsburgh, Heinz Field, the Mellon Arena, the Kennywood Amusement Park, Sandcastle Water Park, the David Lawrence Convention Center, the Star Lake Concert Facility, the University of Pittsburgh and shopping at the Station Square Shops.

This is far from being the most popular hotel at Pittsburgh Airport but we do allow the property the YES rating because there were travelers who said the property proved ideal for an overnight stay. Those visitors to this La Quinta said the rates were low and the rooms and breakfast were acceptable. Other clients said they were unhappy with poor housekeeping and inferior service at the front desk. Despite this some guests said they would use this property this hotel again while the unhappy guests vowed never to return.
