We chose this hotel as a halfway point to home and the fact that it had an indoor pool and was close to a Cracker Barrel. It served our purpose for a stop over place to sleep. It was a bit worn and we were given incorrect hours for the pool. Other than that it had a nice breakfast and the staff were very nice.

We liked it's proximity to the interstate and Cracker Barrel.

It appears to be an older hotel and is showing it's wear in places.

The hotel was great, but having to small children in a room that wasn't as clean as it should've have been turned me off a little. The staff was great though! They were extremely friendly to me as well as the other guests that I recommended stay there.

The continental breakfast was great, the staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

The room was very dusty, fridge wasn't clean and neither was microwave.

The 77-room Holiday Inn Express and Suites Chambersburg is located off Interstate 81 at exit 14 in Franklin County and provides quality accommodation for both the business traveler and families on vacation. Items included with the room rate at this three-story hotel are a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, in-room coffee, a morning newspaper and parking. There is one meeting room available for business or social functions that can accommodate 20 guests. This Holiday Inn Express gets good reviews about its comfortable and affordable rooms. The efficient and friendly staff did a good job providing helpful information about the area sights, shops and restaurants. Several guests said the drive from here to this historic Gettysburg was scenic and enjoyable and made a great day out. Most clients said they will recommend this Chambersburg hotel to others and plan to stay here themselves on future visits to the Cumberland Valley.
