Although the directions to this hotel were confusing, I would recommend it to any and all of the people. The rate was excellent and the room was clean. We got the rest we needed and we were back on the road again. I can't say as I would recommend this room for a long stay (small, no closet area), but for a quick on and off the freeway when you need a warm place to sleep, a good bed and a quiet night, this is the place.

The Super 8 Motel The Dalles is great for one or two night stopovers. The hotel is very clean in both the common areas and the rooms. The rooms themselves, in addition to being clean, are comfortable and nicely appointed. The staff members are very friendly as well. The only drawback would be that some guests have mentioned noise carrying from the hallway into the rooms. All in all this hotel is a great value.
