The 102 all-suites Residence Inn by Marriott Portland North Harbor has upgraded features and amenities in every suite that include 27-inch flat screen televisions and kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The four-story, pet-friendly property is located near the Portland Expo Center, Portland International Raceway, Portland State University, and the Rivergate Industrial Park. The non-smoking hotel operates a complimentary shuttle to and from Portland International Airport. Other items included with the room rate are a full American breakfast, a manager’s reception on weekday evenings, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The inn has three meeting rooms for business of social functions. The largest can accommodate 150 guests.

All the suites have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and conventional oven, full-size refrigerator with icemaker, toaster, dishwasher, coffeemaker and a full set of cutlery and crockery. There is a work desk with ergonomic chair and high-speed Internet access, pullout sofa bed, fireplace, cable television with movie channels, pay-per-view movies, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and two-line telephone with voicemail and speakerphone. The bathrooms have a separate shower and bathtub.

The hotel has an outdoor heated swimming pool, whirlpool and exercise room.
