Well-designed, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, PC with internet access for guests. Close to airport. Would stay there again.

This property is a treat, and at a bargain price! Very nice rooms, clean, very new. Only a couple of comments/complaints: No utensils or dishes in the kitchen units, but did find paper and plastic in the breakfast area that was useful. Guide in room said certain services would be provided by front desk if needed: printing and cash for laundry, but employees either didn't know about it or policy had changed. Minor inconvenience, but impacted my experience nonetheless.

I love this place.... suites make me feel less like Im on the road as a business traveler. This is also a brand new hotel so it has the beauty of not being beat up by previous guests and just having to make do.

Excellent new hotel with friendly stuff. It has a very nice workout room with a universal machine, free weights and treadmills. Everything was clean and the breakfast was better than average. The weekend rate seems to be lower than weekdays. We got a good walk-in rate on Sunday. Would definitely stay again if the price wasn't too high :)

The room was very nice. The only issue we had with this hotel was that we were charged a second time for our stay. We payed hotelbycity then after our stay the hotel charged us again. I was a little upset that the rate that the hotel charged was about $25 cheaper then the rate hotelbycity charged. Meaning the best deal was not by hotelsbycity. But of course we were still charged the higher rate. The hotel refunded our money promptly.

My best friend and I decided that we would venture down to Portland to take advantage of the tax free shopping. I am also in Portland for most of the year on business and I have always stayed at this hotel. I have never had any problems and the customer service is superb. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have visited Spring Hill Suites due to business on numerous occassions and I have always been extremely impressed with the staff and quality of the hotel. I am in Portland quited frequently and I will never stay at any other hotel. This place is great for everyone and I highly recommend it.

Good room at good rate, and included breakfast and congenial staff. Room, however, was nothing close to a "suite". It had a couch/sitting area which was not really separate from sleeping area; sleeping area and bathroom were also extremely tight. Worked for the quick drive-by we needed, but would not use for even two nights in future.

I had to be in Portland on business during the holiday, so the family came along and we had a simply lovly time. The room is fully functional for the business traveler, and families as well. Pull-out sofa, HSIA, breakfast, shuttle, pool, spa, and work-out room were great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. New hotel so everything works well and is clean and beautiful.
