Great Service - posted on 01/16/2007
We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. I especially commend you on the friendly and efficient service of the shuttle driver. We arrived late and he looked for a cart to carry our luggage to the room. When one was not available he insisted on carrying the luggage to our room. Great service certainly made a favorable impression on this guest.

only found out abt this place fr this site, and all the largely positive reviews, and had to add my own. Great location if you want a little peace and quiet. I arrived late, left pretty early, but X at the front desk was a true gem. Initially stated only smoking rooms, but that was easily switched around. Spacious clean rooms, less expensive than surround hotels, close to freeway, WA state border and the airport. Good luck with that computer printer tho. But that was seriously the only glitch. Wish I could've stayed longer.

The hotel was very convenient to the airport (but make sure you get driving directions) and provided decent access to our appointments in the downtown area. The room was very clean and relatively quiet. The breakfast was okay - eggs, sausage, baked goods, cereals. Might choose a hotel downtown next time since we spent so much time there, but it was nice to at least not hassle with parking at the hotel.

second night did not get complete room service. Beds were not made after first stay. Complained and requested room be changed. Also asked to have toilet checked out and was told they would but never repaired. Will not stay there again although price was reasonalble.

The shuttle service was very convenient. The room smelled a little bit but overall this is a good, inexpensive inn.

Clean, quiet, congenial. Microwave & fridge in room are handy. 40 minutes to downtown by MAX. One of the shuttle drivers in particular was a sweetheart, offering lots of Portland information.

If only there was not encrusted filth in the corners of the bathroom. It made us feel unclean. Everything esle was quite good.

I opted to stay in a inexpensive hotel to save a few dollars and the stay was worth the money spent!

This place is perfect. Close to the airport, but not so close that jets are blasting you. Room was great. Amenities just what I needed. I will stay here again.

Polite and punctual shuttle service. Close to airport. Clean room. Good selection of food/drinks for on-site dining. Friendly/professional staff. Enjoyed my stay.

didn't make us feel comfortable - posted on 05/18/2006
They weren't expecting us they gave us a room that was not yet cleaned, and the toilet wobbled....

As a single traveller, I have stayed many times prior to early morning flights out of PDX and have always felt comfortable and safe. The "send off" muffin & fruit in the morning is a wonderful touch and the complimentary and bountiful breakfast buffet is more than one would expect. The room rates are very affordable and the rooms are more than adequate for a single.

Best kept Secret! - posted on 10/02/2005
A wonderful experience for the first two nights in Oregon. Close to the airport but it was quiet. It had all the emenities we wanted and then some. Morning breakfasts were complete with hot and cold food items.Rooms were spacious and accomodating for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Although it was close to the airport we had ALOT of trouble driving to it not only in the dark which it was when we first arrived but even in the daylight! It was however in a great location for the sightseeing we did our first day and we would definately stay there again.

We had a large comfortable room w/King bed, 'frige and microwave. Free wireless internet access. Large double sink area outside the bathroom. Clean. Quiet, despite close proximity to the airport. Check-in and out was quick and painless. We left very early for a flight and were offered a free sack breakfast (juice, Nutrigrain bar, muffin) because the free breakfast wasn't open yet. Shuttle service was prompt and friendly.

I found the rooms to be clean and very comfortable. We have a family of five, and the 2 queen beds and the sofa bed was perfect! The complimentary breakfast in the morning was a time saver, it allowed us to get an early start to do some house hunting, as we are moving to the Portlad area in the next few weeks. Also, the people at the front desk couldn't have been nicer! A great place!
