The hotel itself was great, comfortable rooms. The restaurant was quite pricey for the quality of food offered, however the atmosphere was very romantic. Specialty cocktails were below average. Stick with the standard mixers. Overall the experience was slightly above average.

I liked that the spa was located inside the hotel.

Hot tub was not accessible for opposite sex couples.

Stylish, comfortable, set in beautiful surroundings. Just a walk from wonderful public transportation into Portland's interesting stops and neighborhoods. The continental breakfast on each floor was healthy, delicious and convenient. Enjoyed the morning papers outside the door.

Free access to hot tub and sauna, as well as the daily walk along the beautiful river, were highlights.

I would prefer to get my own car each day and not pay $18 for valet parking.

Overall great experience. Nice bathroom, bed, balcony. Too far from downtown unless you drive or take the MAX. Valet parking seemed to be an unnecessary service that was solely to make more money. The hotel is next to downtown about 2 miles away, & it would have been just as easy for me to park and walk in myself. Breakfast items were available on your floor next to the elevator. It was nice to have breakfast and read the paper & look at the river from our balcony.

Bathroom was great, with nice tub & shower separate.

$18 parking for a valet to walk 30 yards and drive your car to you.

The hotel is at the edge of the Waterfront district, but is relatively near delicious eateries and shops. The staff is very helpful when it comes to looking for something to do in the area. The rooms are comfortable, clean, have wonderful beds and are well decorated, but you can hear your neighbors in them. The most of the menu at the restaurant is very delicious.
