The 186-room Courtyard by Marriott Portland Downtown Lloyd is a quality, reasonably priced hotel catering for both the business and leisure traveler. The six-story, non-smoking property is located within blocks of the Oregon Convention Center, Lloyd Center Mall and the Rose Garden Arena. The hotel is close to the MAX light rail system free throughout downtown Portland. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper and a shuttle service to stores and offices within a three-mile radius. There are four meeting rooms available for business or social events. The largest can handle up to 50 guests.

All the guest rooms and 16 suites have a large work desk with high-speed Internet access, cable television with movie channels and pay-per-view movies, iron and ironing board, IDD telephone, hairdryer, coffee maker and refrigerator. The larger and more expensive suites have the benefit of a Jacuzzi.

The hotel’s restaurant, Charley's on Grand, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Room service is available from 5pm until 11pm. The property has an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool spa and an exercise room.
