I was impressed with the level of service. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and well appointed. The comfortable bed I've ever sleapt in. I was just sorry I had to get up so early and leave!

My stay at the Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel was ok. The shuttle service was excellent. The registration desk was not friendly and initially unwilling to accomaodate a few of my requests. Toiletries were not replaced on a daily basis.I could not access the internet with my laptop (tried several options). Someone made 5 calls from my telephone on May 12, 2006. I was not in my room for most of the time on this day. When I checked out of my room I informed the front desk of my dilemma and they did not believe me. I was told that they would have to check into the matter and contact me at a later date. At this time I was told that I would have to pay for the calls until further investigation. I was practically accused of lying. This did not set too well with me! I travel quite frequently and have never been accused of lying about erroneous charges to my account. I do not feel welcomed and will never stay at the Sheraton Hotel again. Also, I work for a very large software company and plan to share my experience with the Sheraton.

Understand that remodeling is always an inconvenience to guest. However, as a guest it would be nice to be informed before arrival.

I travel often, all over the world and found this hotel to be a pleasant surprise. The staff were extremely attentive during both our stays in the last six months. They assisted with all my business needs, provided wonderful room service and helped me get to a local pharmacy. The rooms are nicely appointed and the beds are wonderfully comfortable with down comforters and tons of pillows. They are remolding now but I did not find this disruptive to the overall service.

Main Bar closed for remodel and we were not advised. Dining Room experience-Teated as if Junk Mail. Not worth dealing with. I will not pay Premium Price for Abuse. One of our group was physically handled by the waitress. Not Acceptable
