I liked this hotel, although I'm not one to use the services much. The room was lovely, clean, and had nice amenities. Very quiet despite being full for the weekend. Could have used more parking spaces, but we just had to walk a bit if we got in late.

NO FOOD anywhere around except an attatched resturant. You are stuck with no choice; not even a gas station mart.

Upon check in we were greeted with friendly and prompt service. In the morning when I needed more coffee and a towel no one was to be found. I had to wait in the lobby for 10 minutes in my pajamas. When we went to the lounge we were actually yelled at. "We close at 10!" The rooms were nice and comfy, but the service was lousy. When we went to use the elevator (lots of luggage) we were again yelled at. "that is a service elevator, not for guests!" It's a great place to sleep, that's it!

For park and fly its great. Desk was very nice and helpfull. No hassle about parking. Shuttle works great.

My stay at the Ramada was OK!! I reported the "problem" with the shower twice, and it was never fixed, so I washed my hair in the sink, and took baths. The temperature h/c water did not mix properly. However, I found the front desk to be pleasant and professional, as was the am waitress. If I returned to the area, I would probably check there to be sure that renovations were complete, and if so stay there again. Happy 2007!!

This hotel is very close to the airport with a convenient shuttle that ran every 20 minutes. The rooms were clean and the property seemed well taken care of. When I stayed there, they were in the process of adding a granite tile floor in the lobby which looked beautiful and upscale. I would definitely stay here again and felt that I got a great value for my travel dollar.

The Ramada Inn did not have very good service, it appeared in need of cleaning or maintenance in several areas, and the rooms were under par. I would not stay there again.

The hotel didn't inform us that the workout room was going to be cloesd. They also have a shuttle that will pick you up from the airport and take you back to your hotel but they have a problem with fogetting to come get you, even after you call to tell them you need there shuttle

Very poor, run down facilities. Pool, sauna and gym where closed. Paint chipping, bathtub chipped, sink stopper not working, I asked them to fix it, they didn't.

Thank you so much for allowing early check in. I arrived in Portland at 8am and was concerned that check in time wasn't until 3pm. The shuttle picked me up and I was at the hotel at 9am. I was able to check in and get some much needed rest before my mom arrived. Thanks so much

The stay at this hotel was wonderful. The people were great, the room was very clean, service was very good. The conveniece to the city, shuttle to and from the airport all was just great!!
