About the Hilton Portland & Executive Tower

The Hilton Portland & Executive Tower Hotel sits in the middle of downtown Portland and serves as a fine location for anyone looking to know more about 'The City of Roses'. Just a few blocks from Pioneer square and downtown's free public transportation, the Hilton is located within walking distance of not only almost any part of downtown, but also the ritzy Pearl District. There is a massive meeting complex located above the main lobby and conventions are hosted here regularly.

The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. The views are great. The location is unbeatable and the rooms are comfortable. They do have rooms that are/were smoking rooms but the staff switched our room with no trouble at all. The Bistro in the lobby is on the expensive side but the food is not bad and the drinks are well-crafted. All in all, a fine place to stay. Read our customer reviews?

Hilton Portland & Executive Tower Accommodations

Standard rooms feature large windows, two-line telephones with voice mail, high-speed Internet access (not free), work desk, coffee/tea maker, iron/board, hairdryer, movies and video games. Rooms also feature the Hilton Serenity Collection with luxury Suite Dream beds and linens and upgraded bath products from Crabtree and Evelyn. Each room also has a fine view of downtown and the Portland area.

Amenities offered

The lobby is smaller, but is a plush and comfortable area while waiting to check in. The front of the house is full service, with a concierge, valet and baggage check. There is an ATM, currency-exchange service, and newsstand as well. Of course room service is available, the spa and pool area is well-maintained and serves as a great way to unwind.

Directions from the Airport:
Take I-205 South and exit onto I-84 West. At the end of I-84 west, you will reach the junction of I-5 north & South.
Head South toward Salem (to your left) on I-5. Follow the signs onto I-405.
Take the 6th Ave exit off of I-405. Follow 6th Ave for 13 blocks and main building will be on your left.
The Hilton Portland (main building) is located on SW 6th Ave between SW Salmon & SW Taylor. Executive Tower's main entrance is located on 545 SW Taylor between 6th Ave and 5th Ave.

From the North (Southbound) on I-5:
Take Exit 302A. The exit will say Rose Quarter/City Center. Follow the City Center signs, which will take you across the Broadway Bridge & place you directly on Broadway Ave.
Take Broadway 19 blocks & turn Left onto SW Salmon Street. Take Salmon 1 block & turn Left onto SW 6th Ave.
The front doors (main building) will be on your left-hand side. Front doors for the Executive Tower are located on 545 SW Taylor.
