Great accommodation for kids and family. Service was excellent; people were friendly and helpful. The smell on the 4th floor reached of smoke and I would have left if my room smelled the same but it was fine. The plumbing issue was horrible because the water was brown on Saturday morning for a wedding. Management brought water and I received complimentary parking for my troubles but I had to ask for all of it. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great swimming pool and hot tub, beautiful bathrooms and comfortable bed.

4th Floor smelled like dirty cigarettes, water was brown due to plumbing problem.

Overall, I enjoyed the location, quality and service. Once again, it met my expectations for quality, service and location. I would recommend this hotel to business associates as well as friends and family.

The Hilton in downtown Portland, Oregon is close to many shops, restaurants. The lobby, exercise facilities and rooms are very good.

The overall quality of the hotel was very good.

The only major drawback had to pay $18.00 a day for parking. Also, the hotel's hot tub wasn't working when we were there.

The Hilton Portland & Executive Tower Hotel sits in the middle of downtown Portland and serves as a fine location for anyone looking to know more about 'The City of Roses'. Just a few blocks from Pioneer square and downtown's free public transportation, the Hilton is located within walking distance of not only almost any part of downtown, but also the ritzy Pearl District. There is a massive meeting complex located above the main lobby and conventions are hosted here regularly.

The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. The views are great. The location is unbeatable and the rooms are comfortable. They do have rooms that are/were smoking rooms but the staff switched our room with no trouble at all. The Bistro in the lobby is on the expensive side but the food is not bad and the drinks are well-crafted. All in all, a fine place to stay.
